At VibeSoft Labs, accessible from our applications and developer website, one of our main priorities is the privacy of our visitors and users. This Privacy Policy document outlines the types of information collected and recorded by VibeSoft Labs and how we use it, specifically concerning the DocuVibe mobile application.

1. On-Device Processing (No Document Uploads)

DocuVibe is designed to be an offline-first utility. All core operations, including:

  • Optical Character Recognition (OCR): Conversion of scanned document image text to editable text format.
  • PDF Compression: Reducing size and scaling document grids.
  • Document Storage: Storing scanned pages or temporary files.

are executed exclusively on your physical device. We do not host cloud storage, nor do we transfer your documents, scanned images, or extracted texts to external servers or any third-party databases. Your documents remain entirely under your control.

2. Permissions Requested

To enable offline scanning and document generation, the DocuVibe app may request specific system permissions on your mobile device:

  • Camera: Used to capture images of physical papers and documents you choose to scan. Camera inputs are processed locally in real-time.
  • Storage/Files Access: Used to read existing PDFs/images for compression and OCR, and to save newly created PDF files to your device storage.

You can revoke these permissions at any time via your device settings, although doing so may restrict certain functionalities of the application.

3. Third-Party Advertising & Services

To keep our applications available for free, we include advertisement features. We integrate third-party developer software kits that may gather anonymous data to deliver personalized or non-personalized advertisements:

  • Google AdMob: AdMob utilizes unique identifiers (such as the Android Advertising ID or iOS IDFA) and general diagnostic metrics to present and track ad performance.

4. Log Files & Analytics

VibeSoft Labs does not collect personal analytical data. However, the app distribution platforms (like Google Play Console and Apple App Store) may gather aggregated, anonymous crash reports, installation volume, and diagnostic info to help us fix errors and improve stability. These reports do not contain personal details or documents.

5. Children's Privacy Guidelines

We do not knowingly compile or request any personal identifiers from children under the age of 13. If you believe your child has shared personal information on our services, please contact us immediately, and we will take prompt measures to clear it from our records.
