Welcome to VibeSoft Labs. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your download, installation, and usage of the DocuVibe mobile application and our developer website. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access our applications or website.
1. Use License
Permission is granted to download a copy of DocuVibe from official application marketplaces (such as the Google Play Store) for personal, non-commercial use on mobile devices you own or control. Under this license, you may not:
- Decompile, reverse engineer, or disassemble the application binaries.
- Modify, translate, adapt, or create derivative works of the application.
- Remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notifications from our software.
- Distribute the application files (.apk or others) via unofficial directories or file-sharing platforms.
2. Document Content & Ownership
DocuVibe processes all files (PDF documents, scanned papers, images, and text extractions) strictly on your device. We do not inspect, upload, store, or back up any of your documents. You retain full ownership, responsibility, and liability for all document inputs processed through the application. You must ensure you possess the legal right to scan and process any content you feed into DocuVibe.
3. Third-Party Integrations
Our application integrates Google AdMob services to show advertisements. By using the app, you acknowledge and agree that your interaction with ads is subject to Google's terms and privacy procedures. VibeSoft Labs is not liable for the content, privacy, or practices of third-party ad networks.
4. Limitation of Liability
The application is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, VibeSoft Labs, its developers, or affiliates shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
- Loss of files, scan logs, or compressed PDF files.
- Device performance drops, memory limits, or operating system incompatibilities.
- Accuracy issues during text recognition (OCR) or compression formatting.
It is your responsibility to back up important documents before scanning, extracting, or compressing files within the application.
5. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with local regulations, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
6. Amendments to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. When updates are published, we will revise the date at the top of this document. Continued usage of our services constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
